Logistics Service Providers

Trans-shipment Bank Guarantee Waiver

Bank Guarantee is waived for trans-shipment of goods under the applicable trans-shipment regulations.

Running Bond Facility

A running bond may be executed for eligible trans-shipment and transit operations.

Transit Permission Exemption

Case-by-case Customs permission is not required for transit of goods, subject to applicable conditions.

Escort-Free International Trans-shipment

Pre-sorted foreign-to-foreign cargo that does not require segregation may move ramp-to-ramp or tail-to-tail without Customs escort.

Custodians / Terminal Operators

Bank Guarantee Waiver

Bank Guarantee is waived under the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, subject to prescribed conditions.

Ten-Year Approval Validity

Custodian approval may be extended for a period of ten years under the applicable regulations.

Customs Brokers

Bank Guarantee Waiver

Bank Guarantee required under the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations is waived.

Warehouse Operators

Faster Warehouse Approval

Applications for new warehouses are targeted for approval within seven days of submission of complete documents.
